Nevada pictures

A cute little bordello, or possibly just a strip club.

The Hoover dam.

In Nevada garden gnomes are out...

Extraterrestrial Highway, museum, shop or what ever. It is closed. Aliens are out as well.

But in Rachel they are still the shit.

Tonopah cemetery, and a black cat.

Lost civilizations. Coledale, US Highway 6, abandoned dwelling, read the post here.

Flat and dusty.

Used to be a play land and water park outside of Vegas...

Used to be a water slide...

Now in ruins.

All these piles of ruble could be yours David E!

Death valley pictures and the desert

North of LA, Wind Farm.

Rolling in the dessert.

The dune sea of Death Valley.

Almost Egypt, Death Valley.

Below sea level. 85 meters!

LA pictures

UFO-picker for Lobsters.

Bounty hunter staying at the same hotel as us. It´s a thug life.

Sunny Cali...

Dog or Raindeer?

Renting a Monster truck.

Rolling in the streets of LA.

Florence and Normandy! Visiting the site of the LA riots and paying respects to Reginald Denny.

Portland pictures

Central Portland, "small town"-feeling.

Zombieparade

Voodoo-doughnuts with a long line of fat-craving people.

Some site of reknown...

I will just let the writings on the wall speak for it self.

Found me a good old arcade-hall.

The house, the host and his gangster car. Thanks for the stay!

Seattle Pictures

This is a backstreet in the central financial district, almost an alley, although you might drive a truck in there.

The hobo-park with knitted socks for the trees. I stayed not 200 meters away.

The railroad and area towards the asian-town. The railroad-tracks are probably located on the original city-level.

Some street-art and good sun: I hade perfect weather on my visit. It might have rained no more then an hour in all three days.

Downtown Seattle.

Downtown viewed from West Seattle across the bay.

The Cowboy VI

The Cowboy still eludes us. When developing the pictures from the trip this is the only picture I took and as you can see the Cowboy is not really recognizable in it. What you see is my brother trying one of the Cowboys horses, really fine animals in the middle of the valley that was the Cowboys ranch.

Some pictures

I went to the photo-store and had my single use cameras developed last week. So now I can add some pictures to a few of the postings. We will see how I do this best. Pictures related should accompany the text but then again it would be easier to just put all the pictures up in one post...
